Akyapak produces a wide range of angle rolls from the smallest model 30 mechanical drive up to the largest model 360 hydraulic roll capable of bending 8" x 8" x 1 1/8" mild steel angle iron and up to 12 1/2" dia. x 1/8" pipe. All Akyapak angle rolls are manufactured using a fabricated steel frame and equipped with standard electrics and hydraulic components. Some of the optional equipment includes: NC & CNC controls, digital displays, central and side supports for large spirals, and many types of special order tooling. Ercolina manufactures quality angle and pipe rolls that are reliable and affordable. They are available in a wide range of sizes to accommodate the small miscellaneous shop up to the large capacity manufacturing facilities. All of the machines are built with forged roll shafts and heavy duty frames.
Some of the features include universal tool sets mounted on threaded shafts with micro-metric flange adjustment, touch pad pedestal control, center roll position display, and manual or hydraulic top roll positioning. Ercolina uses high speed gearing to achieve rolling speeds approximately 20% faster than competitors. The capacities range from 2" schedule 40 pipe, 2" x 2" x 1/4" angle on the CE 40 Series machine up to 4" schedule 40 pipe and 4" x 4" x 1/2" angle iron for the CE 100 Series machine. Optional equipment includes anti-twisting device, tie bar assembly, and large spiral bending attachment.
