Industry Leader with over 30 years experience in pipe and tube bending. Machines are available with mandrelless rotary draw tooling for bending 3/8" to 3" diameter tube with a minimum #2D bend radius. Tooling is also available for bending squares, rectangles, solids, and other profiles. Superior bend quality over outdated ram style benders with Ercolina's patented tooling system. Available with simple dial control or NC touch pad control. Memory for up to 10 programs, nine bends within each program. All machines have programmable material springback compensation. All machines can bend up to 180 degrees. Tooling system uses hex mount design for rapid change over.
Ercolina now offers a three axis mandrel style bender which is capable of bending 3/8" to 3" diameter with a minimum centerline radius of 1.5D. Mandrel machines are equipped with programmable bend sequencing, hydraulic mandrel retraction, and independant clamp and pressure die adjustments. Tables are available in 5', 10' or 20' lenghts.
