There are two types of plate rolls produced by Akyapak. The first one is a 3 roll initial pinch, light to medium duty roll. Available in many sizes that range from 3 feet to 10 foot in length with pre-bending capacities from 22 gauge up to 1/4" mild steel. Standard features include induction hardened rolls, electric / mechanical drive with self breaking motor. All Akyapak rolls are equipped with emergency stop safety cables.
The 4 roll heavy duty hydraulic rolling machine offers large capacity at a competitive price. Capacities range from 4 foot up to 20 foot in length and thicknesses of 14 gauge up to 3 inch thick mild steel. Features include all 4 rolls hydraulically driven powered side rolls, powered drop end with tilting top roll. Rolls are made from high quality material and use spherical bearings for long life and reduce friction.
All frames are made from fabricated, welded steel. NC playback and CNC graphic control are available as options.
